Our Mission

We're Taking Jesus to the World

Who We Are

At our church, we are a community united by faith, dedicated to spreading love, understanding, and healing. We believe in the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, through the written Word of God and the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our doors are open to all who seek guidance, support, and a sense of belonging in their spiritual journey.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a thriving, Christ-centered community that transforms lives and impacts Benzie County and beyond with God’s love. We aspire to be a beacon of hope, welcoming all people to experience the life-changing power of Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out their purpose. Through intentional discipleship, compassionate outreach, and empowering leadership, we seek to inspire generations to follow Jesus and make a lasting impact on our world.

Our Beliefs

We believe in God the Father, Creator of all thing visible and invisible.  We believe in one God; presented in scripture as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Genesis 1:1; John 1:1; Acts 17:24 - 28

We believe in Jesus Christ, God's one and only Son, our one and only Savior.

> Who was born of the Virgin Mary, conceived by the Holy Spirit

>Who suffered and was crucified under Pontius Pilate

>Who died and was buried, and who rose again bodily from the dead on the third day

>Who ascended into Heaven and now sits at the Father's right hand

>Who will return one day to the earth to judge both the living and the dead

>Who is active and operative and part of the triune God

>Who indwells every Christian

>We believe in the Bible, God's Holy Word. We believe God inspired the original writers of the Scriptures through the Holy Spirit and therefore the Scripture is without error. >We accept the Bible as the final authority for all matters of faith and practice. 2 Timothy 3:16; Acts 1:16; 1 Corinthians 2:12 & 13

We believe the Bible teaches the importance of taking Communion in remembrance of Jesus' sacrifice for sin, observed with reverence and together as a church when we gather for worship. 1 Corinthians 11:27 - 32; Matthew 26:26 - 28

We believe baptism is an important command of Jesus; the response of a repentant believer, a union with Jesus' death, burial and resurrection, the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. We believe the scripture teaches that baptism is to be by full immersion. Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3 - 5
